In all phases of our productive processes ANODICA TREVIGIANA works with the utmost respect for the environment & health and safety of the workers. To accomplish such purposes, since the year 2000 we have adopted an Environmental Management System certified in accordance with the European Norm UNI EN ISO 14001 and from 2003 a Health and Safety Regulation System complied following the guidelines set down by UNI-INAIL to gain the recognition “Work Safely” at the beginning of 2007. The main characteristic of such systems is the continuous improvement of our environmental and safety measures, as well as respecting the compulsory norms.
Furthermore, our Company was awarded the certification OHSAS 18001 (Safety) in June 2007 and SA 8000 (Social Responsibility) in March 2007.
The process started in order to apply the certification as an integral part of the organizational strategy of Anodica Trevigiana S.p.A., represents one of the strategic instruments which guarantees not only the compliance of legislation, but also a correct and efficient function of its processes with a constant aim to improve.
The common pathway to integrate quality/environmental/safety/ethical policies existing in the Company, has favoured the diffusion of a new uniform culture of organization, since the integration of the different policies has reduced the risk of conflict to a minimum among the strategies of the organization
In accordance with the requirements of the system chosen, the Company’s policy develops the following aims:
- Increase the competitive advantage and the Company’s value
- Satisfy the internal clients’ requirements by developing them and a professional and personal growth
- Satisfy and foresee the internal and external requirements
- Improve constantly the quality of our own product and service
- Change and adapt continuously to the markets’ needs
- Satisfy the environmental expectations of the social community, of both internal and external clients;
- Reduce the environmental impact and avoid any possible kind of pollution caused by the Company;
- Stimulate the suppliers to improve their environmental performances;
- Make aware and stimulate the external suppliers to adopt an ethical behaviour in accordance with the social responsibility, aiming to improve continuously the workplace, by respecting people’s rights.
- Guarantee the respect of existing legislation regarding the environment, safety measures and social responsibility;
- Deal rapidly and efficiently with any necessities regarding the health and safety of the worker;
- Carry out and update the training of the employees with speciifc reference to their duties
- Aim a project specifically at the operation and maintenance of machinery and systems, the operational methods and organizational aspects.
- Run the Company’s activities aiming to avoid fires, accidents or professional disabilities.
- Stimulate the creation of a “Company Atmosphere” internally which adopts an ethical policy which corresponds to the principles of social responsibility, aiming continuously to improve the workplace, by respecting people’s rights

- Commit to respect the legislation and the agreed safety norms
- The confirmation is the responsibility of the entire Company, the employer as well as each employee, within his own duties ( to avoid that the prevention is considered exclusive competence only of some with a consequent relieve of responsibility of the others and the lack of active participation);
- Commit to considering the Health and Safety Norms and relative results as an integral part of the Company policy;
- Duly try to improve continuously and prevention;
- Commit to supply all necessary instruments to the Human Resources
- Commit to make aware and properly train all employees so that they are able to fulfill and accept their duties in the most suitable manner and safely
- Duly involve and consult the employees, even through their safety representativs (RLS)
- Duly look over periodically the policy itself and the current implemented systems
- Commit to definig and spreading internally within the Company the objectives of safety and the relative systems of application.
